How to tay healthy

Would you like to keep healthy like the other do? Now let me tell you omething about taying healthy。

1。 Food。 To keep yourelf healthy， you houldn't eat omething that have too much oil， calory or alt。 For that can caue a lot of dieae。 The right way to keep healthy i to eat more vegetable and fruit。

2。 Exercie。 Another way which i alway be ignored i to excercie more。 An average of tep a normal adult have per day i 10000 - 15000。 You'll find yourelf more healthy after changing the tep to 15000 - 20000 per day， and you'll get more fit eaily by that。

My favorite port

There are many kind of port that I enjoy， uch a wimming， running， and dancing。 However， the port that I like mot i baketball。 When I wa in junior high， I tarted to play baketball in chool。 At that time， I found I had loved deeply thi port。 Now， I would like to watch baketball game a much a I can。 The baketball game have given me the mot wonderful time in my life。

3。春节

MySpringFetival

Lat year’ Spring Fetival i pecial。 My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai。 My family were very happy to keep the Spring Fetival with them。 And it wa the mot exciting fetival of all the fetival。

On New Year’ Eve， my father and my uncle talked about their work together。 My mum did ome cooking with my aunt Grandparent and I watched the New Year TV programme。 At about ix o’clock， we had a pecial family dinner。 We all thought the dumpling were deliciou。

On the firt day of the New Year， we viited our relative。 In the afternoon， we went hopping in Jiefanf Road。 My uncle bought ome Jay’ CD。 He like Jay’ muic very much。 There were o many people on the road。 It wa more alive than any other time of a year。

On the econd and the third day， we pent a wonderful weekend in the country。 There were much bigger tree than in the city。 And the animal were more beautiful than in the city。 We all enjoyed ourelve。

4。出游

An unforgetful trip

I went Chong Qing in July 22。It i a city which wa built near mountain。 So people call it Mountain City。 In Chong Qing，I went to the Red Stone Center， to ee the place which the prioner lived in the pat。 It i a terrible and awful trip。 There are a lot of dog， and oldier with gun near the prion。 And mot of the prion are good， they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were。 They lived in very mall houe。 No good food to eat， no good water to drink。They had only twenty minute to tay out ide per day but they till aid nothing。

I think they are the hero in that century。 I will follow their pirit。
